Scope of Service: The intent of DES in providing this CBRNE equipment award to Red River Valley Bomb Squad is to enhance the capability of Red River Valley Bomb Squad to respond to a terrorist act or weapon of mass destruction event within its community and assist in response to such an incident in the surrounding area. This award is limited to the approved CBRNE equipment budget. Reporting Requirements: Red River Valley Bomb Squad will report activities to DES on a quarterly basis beginning 1-15-2008 and ending when all funds have been expended or 12-31-2009. This report can be found on our website at http://www.nd.gov/des/homeland/grants/homland-securit -~ rant_program-forms/ Reports are due January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 for the life of the grant. Special Conditions: The above grant project is approved subject to the special conditions or limitations as indicated on the attached page.
