WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO YOU DEAL WITH IN CARRYING OUT YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES? (CO-WORKERS, GENERAL PUBLIC, ETC.) Provide services to all veterans who receive other than dishonorable discharges from active duty. Also provide services for dependents, widows and other family members of veterans. Maintain a close working relationship with Cass County Social Services on a two way referral basis. Provide assistance to nursing homes, funeral homes and Southeast Human Services/Off Main in service to the veteran community. Maintain contact with all veteran organizations in Cass County. B. WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF THESE CONTACTS? To support the veteran's community as well as family members eligible to receive services and benefits from County, State and Federal agencies.
