Personnel will not criticize other personnel or Cass County <br />Sheriff s Office operations in public <br />h. Personnel while representing the Cass County Sheriff s Office <br />will be respectful, courteous and civil with the public and with <br />each other and will not use course, loud, indecent, profane, or <br />unnecessarily harsh language in any public place or within the <br />Cass County Sheriff s Office <br /> <br />3. Personnel to be absent without authorized leave <br /> <br />4. Sleeping on duty <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Failure of a supervisor to immediately take action when a violation of this <br />section comes to their attention <br /> <br />'J <br /> <br />6. Repeated instances of financial difficulty that brings discredit to the Cass <br />County Sheriff s Office <br /> <br />7. Any behavior that would cause law enforcement to respond to your home <br />or other location because of a violation of law and/or be placed under <br />arrest <br /> <br />8. Any other act deemed by the Cass County Sheriffs Office to be <br />inappropriate behavior <br /> <br />IV. DEVOTION TO DVTY AND CONDUCT <br /> <br />A. Employees will preserve public peace, detect and arrest offenders, prevent <br />crime, protect life and property, and enforce County Ordinances and State <br />statutes of North Dakota. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The hours of all employees of the Cass County Sheriff s Office will be <br />regulated by the Sheriff and when necessary, the Sheriff may call any <br />employee to return to duty at any time regardless of the hours assigned to the <br />employee <br /> <br />~ <br />
