POLICY: It is the policy of the Cass County Sheriff's Office whether personnel is on or off duty to represent the Cass County Sheriffs Office in a positive image and protect the integrity of the Cass County Sheriff s Office. Personnel should not engage in any conduct that could result in unfavorable criticism or discredit the Cass County Sheriff s Office. II. PVRPOSE: The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for all Cass County Sheriff s Office personnel whether on or off duty to protect the integrity, efficiency and productivity of the Cass County Sheriff s Office. Engaging in any of the following examples of unacceptable conduct whether on or off duty may result in disciplinary action which may include: written reprimand, suspension without payor termination.
