<br />2008 Cass County Board of Equalization <br /> <br />Inundated Land Report <br /> <br />Pursuant to NDCC 57-02-27.2(6), it's my recommendation to approve the inundated land <br />requests for the acres listed below. Agricultural land is eligible if it hasn't been farmed <br />for at least two years, has received less than $12.30 per acre revenue and that there is at <br />least 10 contigious acres of inudated land.
