The board will also need to consider action on the Weiand, Five
Star Storage, Al Brandt, and Utke appeals.

The City of Fargo is recommending denial of the Weiand appeal and a
partial reduction on the Five Star Storage appeal. The City of Fargo does
not have a final recommendation on the Al Brandt appeals. The City of
West Fargo is recommending denial of the Al Brandt appeal within West
Fargo. I did speak with Mr. Brandt and his main concern is the valuation of
the residence at 4370 54th St S Fargo.

I'm also recommending providing relief to Lynn Utke, Highland Twp,
regarding lands subject to easements of the Maple River Dam project.

If you have any questions, please call me at 241-5617.

Sincerely,
r.-rP ,J; /(~
~uv,
Frank Klein
Cass County Director of Equalization
