<br />b. Attend meetings ofthe other organization to encourage mutual education and <br />exchange information on mission related activities in which they are involved and <br />appoint liaison officers for direct coordination. <br /> <br />c. Train with each other on mission related activities, approved by their respective <br />authorities. This may include participating in training exercises conducted by the other <br />organization and providing technical expertise as appropriate. <br /> <br />d. Provide supplemental mission support to one another, as requested by the <br />appropriate authority of the organization with prime responsibility for the mission. This <br />support will be provided as authorized by the appropriate authorities. <br /> <br />e. Coordinate with each other for incidents, involving national assets, which occur <br />on/near County Road B-3 or Highway 2. For these incidents the following procedures <br />will be in effect: <br /> <br />i. 319 SFS will provide support to control traffic or perform other duties as <br />deemed necessary. <br /> <br />ii. With approval from the 319 ARW/CC, the 3 I 9 SFS K-9 will provide support <br />for these incidents. <br /> <br />iii. If it appears that fatalities have occurred, 319 SFS will provide the initial <br />response until relieved by the Cass County Sheriff's Department. Once on-scene, Cass <br />County Sheriff's Department will take control of the situation. <br /> <br />iv, If assets critical to national security were involved in an incident off-base, the <br />319 ARW/CC may declare a National Defense Area (NDA) in order to secure these <br />resources. The 319 .!\R.VV/CC will retain Liontrol of the l'1TIA, once declared. l\TD....';"s ..vill <br />be in-place for as little time as possible and in as small an area as possible. <br /> <br />5. MUTUAL ASSISTANCE: Assistance by either organization to the other for <br />missions or other operations will be in accordance with the approval of the appropriate <br />authority. The assisting organization will comply with the regulations and operating <br />procedures of the jurisdictional authority, as appropriate. <br />
