k. Memorandum of understanding with Department of Air Force

;-- ""'. 6. ADMINISTRATION: a. The senior on-duty 319 SFS member will provide on-scene command and control for any incidents occurring on Grand Forks Air Force Base. i. For incidents that occur on base that require the assistance of the Cass County Sheriffs Department all Cass County Sheriffs Department personnel will fall under the control of the Cass County Sheriff's Department. The 319 ARW and all its componentsl will act as support personnel throughout the duration of the Cass County Sheriff's Department response; however the 319 ARW/CC will act as an advisor. While performing these duties 319 AR W personnel will fall under the control of the 319 ARW/CC. b. The Cass County Sheriffs Department will provide on-scene command and control for any incidents occurring in their jurisdiction. c. For any incident that requires establishment of a National Defense Area the 319 ARW/CC will retain command and control of the NDA. 7. FUNDING AND LIABILITY: There are no costs or reimbursable expenses associated with this MOU. g,RELEASE OF INFORMATION: Subject to the Freedom ofInformation Act (5 US.C. 9552), decisions on disclosure of information to the public will be made following consultation between representatives of both agencies. However, to the maximum extent possible, the 319 ARW, through the Security Forces Control Center, will be notified to provide next of kin notifications for 319 r\R\V perSGili'1el. , ' 9. AMENDMENT AND TERi\i[INA TION: This MOU may be modified and amended or temlinated by mutual agreement of the parties in writing and signed by each of the partie~ hereto. This MOD may be terminated by either patiy upon 90 days written notice to the other party. 10. EFFECTIVE DATE: This MOD will become effective upon the date of signature of the second party to execute the MOU, and will continue in force for 3 years or until modified or terminated as provided in paragraph 9 above,
