<br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED <br />CASS COUNTY ORDINANCE <br /> <br />The Cass County Board of Commissioners is considering the adoption of a revised <br />over-dimension vehicle ordinance. The revisions to the current ordinance change the <br />system of classifying road restrictions. The previous classifications for Class A, Class <br />1, Cass, 2 and Class 3 roads will change to 8 ton, 7 ton, 6 ton or 5 ton roads <br />respectively. First reading of the ordinance was held January 22, 2008. Second <br />reading and adoption is scheduled for February 19, 2008 at a meeting of the Cass <br />County Board of Commissioners beginning at 3:30 PM in the Commission Room, <br />Cass County Courthouse in Fargo, North Dakota. <br /> <br />PUBLISH IN LEGAL ADVERTISING: January 28,2008 <br />
