<br />Stress, Family, Work, Grief, Tobacco, Alcohol & Drugs, Marriage & Divorce, <br />Depression, Parent-Child Relationships, Child/Spouse Abuse, Aging, Eating <br />Disorders, Financial, School, Gambling and Mental Health. Proper referrals <br />will be made if more extensive counseling is needed or further counseling ;s <br />needed, and the number of personal counseling sessions is exhausted. <br /> <br />2) Intervention, assessment, referral, and ongoing consultation with <br />supervisors or employees regarding problems in the work place. <br /> <br />3) Consultation and case management regarding challenging work site <br />problems such as harassment, conflict resolution, violence, critical incidents, <br />work performance and change. <br /> <br />4) Educational programs including training of supervisory personnel on the use <br />of EAP services and employee seminars; this would include a minimum of 6 <br />hours of customized on-site employee/management training to meet the <br />needs of Cass County. <br /> <br />5) Administrative services including employee communications. <br /> <br />6) Ongoing phone consultation to supervisors/managers provided by EAP <br />counseling and management specialists skilled in dealing with troubled <br />employees. <br /> <br />7) Services to an employee for thirty (30) days following termination/disability. <br /> <br />8) By December 1 of each year, the Provider will submit to Cass County an <br />aggregate report of services provided to Cass County members for the <br />previous calendar year. <br /> <br />C. Consulting <br /> <br />The Provider will be expected to serve as a consultant for the EAP to Cass <br />County Government. In this capacity, the Provider may be expected to attend <br />meetings to present findings and recommendations as required. Cass County <br />department heads meet on a monthly basis. The Provider should anticipate <br />attending one of these meetings per year. The Provider must provide the <br />following: <br /> <br />1) Information on proposed state and federal laws affecting the EAP. <br /> <br />2) General assistance to Cass County regarding the administration of the <br />EAP. <br /> <br />3) Advice in determining the eligibility and services of the EAP. <br /> <br />4) The effect of changes in law or administrative interpretations on the <br />operations of the EAP. <br /> <br />2 <br />
