The Right-of-Way is not being used by the County. Currier <br />Company owns the property abutting the Right-of-Way and arguably the Right-of-Way is <br />of no value to anyone other than the Currier Company. <br /> <br />I respectfully request that you consider my offer and present it to the Cass County <br />Commission for Consideration. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding this offer to purchase, please do not hesitate <br />to contact me directly.
