This is especially true at the overpass <br />oyer 1-29. <br /> <br />Many of our scouts live on the west side of 1-29. but none are allowed by tbeir parents to <br />walk to monthly Pack meetings at the Community Center. They would be taking their <br />lives in their handa if they did.
