DRAFT RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cass County would benefit by combining and synchronizing mosquito <br /> control efforts with all of the metropolitan area agencies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this will help in the baffle against mosquito-borne disease in the metro area, <br /> which has caused illness throughout the area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all the agencies can pool resources and information to improve results; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this would allow all participants to increase their results by creating a <br /> combined sum greater than their individual efforts. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cass County Commission issue this <br />resolution of mutual support to all the agencies involved in the metropolitan area <br />mosquito control effort. <br /> <br />Dated at Fargo, North Dakota this 15th day of December, 2003. <br /> <br />Scoff Wagner, Chairman <br />Cass County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael Montplaisir <br />Cass County Auditor <br /> <br />K:\Wagner~VECTOR-RESOLUTIONDRAFT12-15-03.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
