Cass County's financial <br />participation to be limited to $20,000. (or another amount as decided <br />by County Commission). <br /> <br />2. Approve contract with Moore Engineering for Engineering Services to <br /> prepare design for Casselton Elevator Road <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Authorize County Engineer to add proposed road to Cass County <br />Highway System and proceed with all necessary design and <br />construction activities to complete project. <br /> <br /> <br />
