Pictures <br /> taken. <br /> 08/17/22—Zoe Wieber emails Jason Benson saying that they are putting together a subdivision <br /> application on behalf of Bob &Vickie Matthews. Zoe asked for clarification on the lot grading <br /> plan. <br /> Jason Benson replied that all major subdivisions would need to be built to city standards with <br /> infrastructure and stormwater management. <br /> 08/18/22—Zoe Wieber emails Jason Benson asking what the requirements would be if the development <br /> were to go down to 4 lots. <br /> 08/18/22—Grace Puppe made a site visit to the property and the house had been moved. Pictures <br /> taken. Grace Puppe has not been able to get in contact with Derek & Elizabeth Drege. <br /> 08/19/22—Grace Puppe emailed Zoe Wieber explaining the minor subdivision requirements if the <br /> development were 4 lots. Zoe Wieber asked for clarification about the grading plan <br /> correspondence requirement.Jason Benson emailed back saying that a grading plan is <br /> needed, and he would provide his comments on the plan. <br /> 08/25/22—Zoe Wieber submitted a subdivision application to Cass County for Bob Matthews for a 4-lot <br /> minor subdivision. <br /> 08/31/22—Grace Puppe emailed Zoe Wieber asking for further clarification on the number of lots being <br /> created. If there would be 4 lots for a minor subdivision, then a deed restriction would be <br /> required. The applicant could try to request a variance from the deed requirement if they <br /> chose to do so.The title opinion also needed to be updated also. Grace Puppe asked for <br /> when to expect the lot grading plan and provided the September 22, 2022 Planning <br /> Commission Meeting Date. <br /> 09/07/22—Grace Puppe emailed Zoe Wieber following up on the 08/31/22 email as no response was <br /> heard. <br /> Zoe Wieber replied with updates on the number of lots being 4, the deed restriction/variance <br /> request requirements and submitted for an updated title. <br /> Grace Puppe replied with the date that the additional documents would need to be <br /> submitted by of September 13, 2022. <br /> 09/09/22—Grace Puppe emailed Zoe Wieber asking if she had contact information for Derek& Elizabeth <br /> Drege as they are owners of Auditors lot 7. Zoe verified that they do not represent the <br /> Dreges and would check on the contact information. <br /> 09/12/22—Zoe Wieber emailed Grace Puppe with an update for the lot grading plan and variance <br /> application.
