01. Final plat approval for Matthews Subdivision

09/13/22—Zoe Wieber emailed Grace Puppe the Variance application form for the Matthews. 09/14/22—Grace Puppe emailed Zoe Wieber confirming that the application was received. Zoe provided a phone number and email for Derek Drege. Grace Puppe also updated Zoe that the updated lot grading plan has not been received.Zoe emailed the grading plan to Grace. 09/14/22— Brian Busta released the access permit as no improvements had been done since the time of the application. Lisa Shasky mailed the access permit refund to Robert Matthews. 09/15/22-Jason Benson called Ryan Wollan at Lowry Engineering asking him some questions about the grading plan. Ryan said he would relook through the plans and submit an update. Grace Puppe emailed Zoe Wieber that the letter of support from Drege's was still missing. Zoe Wieber replied saying she was working on that and submitted an updated plat document. 09/19/22—Zoe Wieber emailed Grace Puppe the updated Title Opinion document along with an email of support from Nelson's. Zoe did say that she was able to contact Drege's and they were working on their support letter. Grace replied that Jason Benson has not yet received the updated lot grading and drainage plan and asked for and update as to when to expect it. Zoe Wieber emailed the drainage plan to Grace Puppe and Jason Benson.Jason Benson replied that the drainage plan that was emailed was had not been updated. Zoe Wieber was going to look into this. 09/20/22—Ryan Wollan emailed the revised grading sheets to Jason Benson and Grace Puppe. 09/21/22—Jason Benson replies to Ryan Wollan's email that the drainage plan is satisfactory with the changes. Zoe Wieber emails Grace Puppe the email of support from Derek& Elizabeth Drege. Grace Puppe replied that hard signed copies of the letters would also be needed and that she has still not been able to get in contact with Derek& Elizabeth Drege. 09/21/22—Todd Ellig calls Grace Puppe to tell her that Stanley township is in favor of the subdivision. 09/23/22—Grace Puppe mails a notice of Planning Commission action letter to Derek& Elizabeth Drege, Bob &Vickie Matthews, William & Marna Nelson, Dwyer Law Firm, and Todd Ellig from Stanley Township.The letter included the reason the request with variance was denied at the Planning Commission Meeting and that the item will go before the County Commission on October 5. Grace Puppe attempts to contact Derek Drege to verify the email and address that were provided were correct. 09/28/22—Derek Drege calls Grace Puppe and left a voicemail asking for a 911 Address for his property. Grace Puppe calls Derek Drege back and left him a voicemail about the 911 Address Request and the date of the County Commission meeting. 09/29/22—Bob Matthews calls Grace Puppe and leaves a voicemail asking about a 911 address for his property.Then also emails Grace Puppe a 911 Address request for his parcel in Stanley Page 16
