09/13/22—Zoe Wieber emailed Grace Puppe the Variance application form for the Matthews. <br /> 09/14/22—Grace Puppe emailed Zoe Wieber confirming that the application was received. Zoe provided <br /> a phone number and email for Derek Drege. Grace Puppe also updated Zoe that the updated <br /> lot grading plan has not been received.Zoe emailed the grading plan to Grace. <br /> 09/14/22— Brian Busta released the access permit as no improvements had been done since the time of <br /> the application. Lisa Shasky mailed the access permit refund to Robert Matthews. <br /> 09/15/22-Jason Benson called Ryan Wollan at Lowry Engineering asking him some questions about the <br /> grading plan. Ryan said he would relook through the plans and submit an update. <br /> Grace Puppe emailed Zoe Wieber that the letter of support from Drege's was still missing. <br /> Zoe Wieber replied saying she was working on that and submitted an updated plat <br /> document. <br /> 09/19/22—Zoe Wieber emailed Grace Puppe the updated Title Opinion document along with an email <br /> of support from Nelson's. Zoe did say that she was able to contact Drege's and they were <br /> working on their support letter. Grace replied that Jason Benson has not yet received the <br /> updated lot grading and drainage plan and asked for and update as to when to expect it. <br /> Zoe Wieber emailed the drainage plan to Grace Puppe and Jason Benson.Jason Benson <br /> replied that the drainage plan that was emailed was had not been updated. Zoe Wieber was <br /> going to look into this. <br /> 09/20/22—Ryan Wollan emailed the revised grading sheets to Jason Benson and Grace Puppe. <br /> 09/21/22—Jason Benson replies to Ryan Wollan's email that the drainage plan is satisfactory with the <br /> changes. <br /> Zoe Wieber emails Grace Puppe the email of support from Derek& Elizabeth Drege. Grace <br /> Puppe replied that hard signed copies of the letters would also be needed and that she has <br /> still not been able to get in contact with Derek& Elizabeth Drege. <br /> 09/21/22—Todd Ellig calls Grace Puppe to tell her that Stanley township is in favor of the subdivision. <br /> 09/23/22—Grace Puppe mails a notice of Planning Commission action letter to Derek& Elizabeth Drege, <br /> Bob &Vickie Matthews, William & Marna Nelson, Dwyer Law Firm, and Todd Ellig from <br /> Stanley Township.The letter included the reason the request with variance was denied at the <br /> Planning Commission Meeting and that the item will go before the County Commission on <br /> October 5. <br /> Grace Puppe attempts to contact Derek Drege to verify the email and address that were <br /> provided were correct. <br /> 09/28/22—Derek Drege calls Grace Puppe and left a voicemail asking for a 911 Address for his property. <br /> Grace Puppe calls Derek Drege back and left him a voicemail about the 911 Address Request <br /> and the date of the County Commission meeting. <br /> 09/29/22—Bob Matthews calls Grace Puppe and leaves a voicemail asking about a 911 address for his <br /> property.Then also emails Grace Puppe a 911 Address request for his parcel in Stanley <br /> Page 16 <br />
