Pictures are included. <br /> 06/06/22—Grace Puppe made a site visit to the property to see if any changes had been made since <br /> 06/01/22. Pictures were taken. <br /> 06/17/22—Daniel Gaustad emailed Jack Dwyer following up on to discuss the Matthews subdivision <br /> development. <br /> 06/27/22—Dan Gaustad emailed Jack Dwyer following up the discussion from June 20, 2022 where Jack <br /> stated that he would talk to his client whether he intends to comply with the County's <br /> Subdivision ordinance and still has not received a response of the intentions. <br /> 06/29/22—Grace Puppe made a site visit to the property and a street sign for"South 40 Drive" was on a <br /> post. It also appeared that forms were being placed at the site for the 2"d house. Pictures <br /> were taken. <br /> 07/07/22—Grace Puppe mailed a violation letter to Robert&Vickie Matthews, William & Marna Nelson, <br /> and Derek& Elizabeth Drege regarding the development that has occurred on the previously <br /> recorded auditor's lots. Explaining the requirements to meet the Cass County Subdivision <br /> Ordinance and that a subdivision application is still required. If no action is taken to meet the <br /> subdivision ordinance requirements legal action will be considered at the July 28, 2022 <br /> Planning Commission meeting and the August 1, 2022 County Commission meeting. <br /> 07/13/22—Grace Puppe made a site visit to the property and saw that there was forms for a foundation <br /> with an improved road. Pictures are included. <br /> 07/20/22—Zoe Peckover emailed Grace Puppe saying that Bob Matthews was going to submit a <br /> subdivision plat and application. Zoe requested to be taken off the July 28th Planning <br /> Commission meeting and August 1"County Commission meeting. <br /> Grace Puppe replied that the items would still be on the scheduled meetings to be able to <br /> update the Commissions. The subdivision application would be due August 25, 2022 to keep <br /> the item moving forward. If no application is submitted by then then the matter would go to <br /> the September 6, 2022 County Commission meeting. <br /> 07/27/22—Jack Dwyer emailed Dan Gaustad to discuss the further development that has taken place on <br /> one of the lots that was sold by Bob Matthews. Discussion about the zoning versus <br /> subdivision authority and if to proceed with a subdivision application. <br /> 07/28/22—The Planning Commission reviewed the Matthews property and made a motion to support <br /> the County Commission to litigate and enforce the Cass County Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> 08/02/22—The notice of the Planning Commission action letter was mailed out on August 2, 2022 to <br /> Robert&Vickie Matthews, William & Marna Nelson along with Derek& Elizabeth Drege. At <br /> the July 28, 2022 Planning Commission meeting, a Public hearing was held to consider <br /> authorizing to bring legal action.The Planning Commission moved to require a subdivision <br /> Page 14 <br />
