<br /> Policy Number: Number of Pages: <br />CASS COUNTY JAIL <br />POLICIES AND PROCEDURES 1 <br />Chapter: <br />COURTHOUSE SECURITY OPERATIONS <br />HOURS OF OPERATION Effective Date: <br /> <br />The hours of operation for the Cass County Courthouse and Cass County Annex are <br />Monday-Friday 0800-1700. No employee will allow anyone from the public into the <br />Courthouse or Annex prior to 0800. <br /> <br />Any persons in the buildings conducting business after hours will be escorted from the <br />facility by the employee assisting that person. <br /> <br />Exceptions: Holidays and winter storm closing <br /> <br />1. The officer working the Magnometer will report for duty at the courthouse at <br />0755 and work until 1700. <br /> <br />2. If you are assigned the Magnometer at the Courthouse and/or the shift at the <br />Annex and you call in sick, notify the CT supervisor immediately. <br /> <br />3. Ifthe CT supervisor is off duty, you will contact with the Jail Sergeant or hislher <br />designee and advise himlher so they can contact me to arrange your replacement. <br /> <br />BREAKS <br /> <br />15 minutes morning <br /> <br />15 minutes afternoon <br /> <br />Yz hour lunch <br /> <br />If the officer requires other breaks, contact the supervisor or the sheriff s Department if <br />no court transport staff are available. <br /> <br />I Sheriffs Signature: <br /> <br />I Date of S;gnatm"e: <br />
