The original <br />scope was based on 15 right of way parcels. Based on the current <br />preliminary design, the project will require 52 parcels. SRF has requested <br />that the not to exceed contract amount be increased from the previous <br />amount to $565,497. I just received the proposal and may negotiate some <br />downward adjustment between now and the meeting. I will provide those <br />updated figures if/when available before the meeting.
