The proposed Court Services Agreement you previously <br />sent to me and that we discussed. It contains some <br />handwritten changes, which I believe are fair resolutions <br />of some concerns Cass County had with the proposed <br />language. <br />2. An "original" Court Services Agreement, signed by the <br />Chair of the County Commission on March 31, 2005. <br />This document is simply a retyped version of your <br />proposed agreement incorporating the handwritten <br />verbiage shown in (1) above. <br /> <br />I submit this signed Agreement for your and the Court Administrator's <br />review and approval. If I can assist you in that effort, then please <br />contact me.
