All photographs must <br />be taken parallel, not perpendicular to, the right-of-way, <br /> <br />All submitted documents shall be signed and sealed by a professional engineer. <br />Specific direction will be given at the initial meeting or in the initial review letter. <br /> <br />4. A performance guarantee (See Chapter 13) in an acceptable form for $1000 dollars <br />shall be submitted. <br /> <br />5. Upon receipt and approval of the items listed in Section 7.1, the Permanent Access <br />Permit and all Utility Permits will be issued. <br /> <br />6. When all construction work is completed, per the approved plans, the applicant shall <br />notify the Highway Department, in writing, to request an inspection. <br /> <br />CHAPTER 8 Requirements for Temporary Access Facilities <br /> <br />8.1 Permit Process and Requirements <br /> <br />The process for a Temporary Access Permit consists of the following steps: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall sign and submit an application, <br /> <br />2. The Highway Department will verify the access location in the field or by map and <br />determine if the location will provide safe ingress and egress to the lot. At this time the <br />determination of the need for such items as culverts will be made. If the <br />Temporary Access Permit application proposes the use of an existing approach for a <br />new and temporary use, the Highway Department will verify the access location in the <br />field and determine if the existing approach will provide safe ingress and egress based <br />on the existing traffic flow and anticipated traffic utilizing the approach. <br /> <br />3. If the Temporary Access Permit includes the construction of temporary approach. the <br />applicant shall submit a removal guarantee for the sum of $1000 dollars (See Chapter <br />13), <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />...
