The plat is located in Stanley <br />Township, Section 26. The intended use of the subdivision is to plat one <br />lot for fireworks sales and warehousing. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the proposed plat <br />and the developer has met all conditions for plat approval. Stanley <br />Township has indicated the plat has met their zoning requirement and <br />provided the required certified letter. Therefore, the Planning <br />Commission recommendation is being forwarded to the County <br />Commission Board for action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for J Starr Subdivision, Section <br />26, Township 138N, Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng:\Commission COITsp\2006\Collscnt Memo J Starr Subd 090506.doc <br />
