The plat is located in <br />Davenport Township, Section 32. The intended use of the subdivision is to <br />plat four lots for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the proposed plat <br />and the developer has met all conditions for plat approval. Davenport <br />Township approved the plat and we will receive their certified letter <br />shortly.
