The plat is located in <br />Normanna Township, Section 16. The intended use of the subdivision is to <br />plat one lot for Cass County Electric Cooperatives office and shop <br />building. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the proposed plat <br />and the developer has met all conditions for plat approval. Normanna <br />Township approved the plat and we will receive their certified letter <br />shortly.
