<br />Cass County Delinquency Prevention Plan <br /> <br />Turnabout <br /> <br />To provide comprehensive after-school programs for 50 high risk youth in Fargo &W. Fees may also be considered. <br /> <br />2004 Funding Update: The Turnabout programs were discontinued when funding was not <br />forthcoming for the schools and the Title II Juvenile Justice Program was discontinued.
