Hqusing standards--feline: Valley will provide a separate ward apart from the canine ward with eleven (11) feline cages, Felines may be caged in the canine ward for up to twelve (12) hours. D. Floor plan and area for services: Valley will provide space for pound services as described and pictorially designated.in Exhibit A, attached hereto, E.
