<br />.' <br /> <br />Waste tracking report will include the following information: Waste <br />characteristics, the shipping container device and number, container net <br />weight or volume, and the destination facility adequate to account fully for all <br />Waste from collection sites to treatment or disposal facilities. <br /> <br />Contractor will label and mark containers as required by N.DAC. ch. 33-24- <br />03 and 40 C.FR S 262. <br /> <br />D. If any storage or treatment facilities will be used, Contractor will notify <br />Department of these facilities, and provide a description of the facilities, <br />including state and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) (42 <br />USC section 6901 et seq.) permit status and compliance status under 40 <br />C.F.R. SS 264 and 265. <br /> <br />37. MANIFESTS AND CERTIFICATES OF TREATMENT OR DISPOSAL <br /> <br />A. Contractor will comply with the manifest system of record keeping required <br />in NDAC. chs. 33-24-03 and 33-24-04 and 40 C.F.R. SS 262 and 263. A <br />current uniform hazardous waste manifest or manifest required by the <br />consignment state is required for transportation of all hazardous wastes from <br />the collection sites. <br /> <br />B. Contractor will provide and prepare all manifests. If necessary, several <br />manifests may be prepared from each location. A Department <br />representative will review and approve each completed manifest before <br />shipment Manifests will be submitted as prescribed by State and EPA <br />regulations. <br /> <br />C. Contractor will deliver the following documents to Department: <br /> <br />(1) A copy of the signed manifests within 10 days after the completion of <br />the last collection event. Manifests will be available for review by <br />Department upon completion of each collection event; <br /> <br />(2) A copy of the signed manifests after receipt by the destination facility <br />including the weight received; <br /> <br />(3) Manifest discrepancy reports, if necessary; and a written explanation <br />of all discrepancies; and <br /> <br />(4) Certificates of treatment or disposal signed by a responsible disposal <br />facility official within 60 days of receipt of signed manifest If a <br />certificate of disposal is not available within 60 days, Contractor shall <br />submit a written estimate to Department of when the Waste will be <br />treated and/or disposed. This estimate must be submitted within 30 <br />days and the estimated final treatment or disposal date must occur <br />within 180 days. Department requires a certificate of disposal after <br />the Waste is ultimately treated or disposed. <br /> <br />17 <br />
