ND for the <br />rental of one (I) Caterpillar 140H sin CCA02238. <br /> <br />]. The pmchase price of this machine is $174.530. <br />2. The rental rate of$2.007,82 per month is due in adyance of the rental period, <br />3. This agreement is for a one (] 1 year rental guarantee with 3lUluaI option to renew <br />for up to four (4) additional years. <br />4. Annual rate is based on 1.500 hours per year. Hours oyer 1.500 annually will be <br />biJled at $25.00 per hour. <br />5. All machines will be coyered by Caterpillar power train extended warranty for a <br />period of Jive (5) Years or 7500 hours, whichevcr occurs first. All items not <br />covered under said warranty shall be at the customer's expense. <br />6. Cass Countv will be responsible for; <br />A. Repairs not covered by warranty.' , <br />B. All wearable itenis,such as tires, cutting edges, oils, filters, etc. <br />C. Repairs due to neglect or accident, i.e. broken glass, cut tires, <br />moldboard worn to holes, etc. <br />D. Taking schedulcd oil samples per Catcrpillar and Butler <br />Machinery Company requircments. <br />E. Noti fying Butler Machinery Company immediately of any <br />mechanical failure. <br />F. Allowing Butler Machinery Company to inspect the unit at any <br />,time. <br />G. Accepting all liability for injury or loss and providing adequate <br />insurance coveragc. <br />7. Cass Countv will not sublease or loan machine. <br />8. Machine delivery date wi 11 govern thc start of the contract. <br />9. This contract may be reviewed and/or renegotiated each year with the approval of <br />both parties. <br />.10, Upon return of the equipment Cass County' will at it's own expense: <br />A. Repair all damages to glass and sheet metal. <br />B. Return the LlIlit with new tires of comparable size and brand, <br />C. Return the unit in sound mechanical shape with unit in good <br />working order under full payload and 110 structural damage to <br />frame. <br />D.
