The purchase price oflhis machine is $174,530. <br />2. The rental rate of$2.007.82 per month is duc in advlUlce of the rental pel;od. <br />3. This agreement is for a one (1) year rental guanmtee with annual option to rencw <br />for up to four (4) additional years. <br />4. AIUlual rate is based on 1.500 hours per year. Hours over 1,500 annually will be <br />billed at $25.00 per hour. <br />5. All machines will be covered by Caterpillar power train extended warranty fnr a <br />period of five (5) vears or 7500 hours, whichever occurs first. All itcms not <br />covercd under said warranty shall be at the customer's expense. <br />6. Cass County will bc responsible for: <br />A. Repairs not covercd by warranty. <br />B. All wearable items such as tires, cutting edges, oils, filters, etc. <br />C. Repairs due to neglect or accident, i.e. broken glass, cut tires, <br />moldboard worn to holes, etc. <br />D. Taking scheduled oil samples per Caterpillar and BLltler <br />Machinery Company requirements. <br />E. Notifying Butlcr Maehinery Company immediately of any <br />mechanical failure. <br />F. Allowing Butler Machinery Complmy to inspect the lUlit at any <br />time. <br />G. Accepting all liability for injury or loss and providing adequate <br />insurance eovcrage. <br />7. Cass COlUltv will not subleasc or loan machine, <br />8. Machine delivery date will govern the start of the contract. <br />9. This contract may be revicwed and/or renegotiated each year with the approval of <br />both parties, <br />10. Upon return oflhe cquipmcnt Cass County will at it's own expense; <br />A. Repair all damages to glass and sheet metal. <br />B. Return the unit with new tires of comparable size and brand. <br />C. Return the unit in sound mechanical shape wjth unit in good <br />working order under full payload and no structural damage to <br />frame. <br />D.
