ND for the <br />renlal of one (1) CatcrpilIar 140H sin CCA02249. <br /> <br />I. The purchase price ofthis machine is $174.530. <br />2. The rental rate of $2,007 .82 per month is duc in advance of the rental period. <br />3. This agreement is for a one (!) year rental guarantee with almual option to renew <br />for up to four (4) additional years. <br />4. A.1mual rate is based on 1.500 hours per year. Hours OVCI 1.500 annually will be <br />billed at $25.00 per hour. <br />5. All machines will be covered by Caterpillar power train extcnded warranty for a <br />period of five (5) veaTS or 7500 hours, whichever occurs first. All items not <br />covered under said wan'anty shall be at the customer's expense, <br />6. Cass Countv will be responsiblc for; <br />A. Repairs not covered by warranty. <br />B. All wearable items such as tires, CUlling edges, oils, filters, etc. <br />C. Repairs due to neglect or accident, i.c. brokcn glass, cut tires, <br />moldboard worn to holcs, etc. <br />D. Taking schedulcd oil samples per Caterpillar and Butler <br />Machinery Company requirements. <br />E. Notifying Butler Machinery Company immediately of any <br />mechanical failure. <br />F. Allowing Butler Machinery Company to inspect the unit at any <br />time. <br />G. Accepting all liability for injury or loss and providing adequate <br />insurance coverage. <br />7. Cass Cotmtv will not sublease or IOall machine. <br />8. Machine delivery date will govern the start of the contract. <br />9. This contract may be reviewed and/or renegotiated each year with the approval of <br />bolh partics. <br />] O. Upon return of the cquipment Cass Countv will at it's own expcnse; <br />A. Repair all damages to glass and sheet metal. <br />B. Return the unit with new tircs of comparable size and brand. <br />C. Return the unit in sound mechanical shape with wlit in good <br />working ordcr under full payload ,md no structural damagc to <br />fram e. <br />D.
