Reimbursement <br />of costs will be based on actual eligible costs incurred. One payment will be made by the <br />Secretary to the Cass County Commission upon receipt of the project and a written <br />request for payment to include the invoices and payment verification. <br /> <br />The Cass County Commission and its attorney should review the agreement. If the terms <br />of the agreement are acceptable, sign both copies and return one copy to me. This <br />agreement is void if not signed and returned by the Cass County Commission within 60 <br />days of the Secretary's signature.
