Commission Minutes-March 20, 2006 3049 10. VOUCHERS, Approved MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve Voucher No. 205,427 through Voucher No. 205,970. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 11. MEETING UPDATES; JAIL PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING; SPACE SURVEY; EMERGENCY ADVISORY GROUP; ELECTION CONFERENCE, Committee reports Commissioners and staff reported on meetings they have attended in the past two weeks, as well as upcoming meetings. Mrs. Johnson said a pre-construction meeting for the new jail addition was held last week. Numerous issues were discussed and a copy of the minutes has been placed in their boxes. She has been working on the key coding system at the jail as well as site preparation before construction begins. Mrs. Johnson said as a result of the Courthouse Addition Committee, a space needs survey has been sent to all county departments and court officials. Mrs. Sorum has agreed to serve as the rural official on the county's emergency management advisory committee. Mr. Montplaisir and two of his staff will be attending an election training conference in Bismarck this week. 12. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to receive and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. 2005 Annual Report for Fargo Cass Public Health (copy of report available in the Commission Office). 13. ADJOURNMENT MOTION, passed On motion by Mr. Wagner, seconded by Mr. Pawluk, and all in favor, the meeting was adjourned at 4:25 PM.
