County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that t16 said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims ,to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the-County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resa~ved by the County Commissioners qf the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, thaT the followmg bills and Claims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the followhi.g funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective funds <br />as herejn-indicat~d, and that the County JA.uditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was offered at a regular meeting of the <br />County Commissioners held on the..2a-day of lUiP"-' t:-. ~t!Jd ~ ,by Commissioner <br />S(!::> yo u,.." . who moved its adoption, was seconded by Commi~sioner <br />t-J ~fA/t.e,.....
