Commission Minutes--September 7, 1999 2033 That the Offices of Clerk of District Court and Register of Deeds of Cass County are hereby separated pursuant to Section 11-10-02, NDCC; and That Cass County provide assistance to the State Court Administrator in preparing information for the proposed transfer. By order of the Board of Cass County Commissioners this 7th day of September, 1999. 5. PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Nora Lutheran Church Women MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve raffle permit for Nora Lutheran Church WELCA to be held October 2,1999, at Nora Lutheran Church in Gardner, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 6. PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Playmakers Sports Cafe & Bar MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve special event alcoholic beverage permit for Playmakers Sports Cafe & Bar to be held September 25, 1999, at Bonanzaville. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 7. LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Greg Kvistad and Star Bank Mortgage/Firstar Home Mortgage MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and file Indemnity Bonds on Lost Instrument for Greg Kvistad and for Star Bank MortgagelFirstar Home Mortgage; and authorize the county treasurer and the county auditor to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 8. PLAT APPROVAL, Final Plat of Bernstein Subdivision MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the Cass County Board of Commissioners grant Final Plat approval to Bernstein Subdivision, Section 20 of Township 139N, Range 51W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 9. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Barry Olander: Moore Engineering MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve the following contracts submitted by respective department head and portfolio commissioner, subject to state's attorney approval; and authorize the chairperson to sign: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
