On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 7. WEEDNECTOR CONTROL, Purchase of photocopier MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the purchase of a photocopier from Office Systems for the Weed and Vector Control Department, according to memorandum from Darwin Hinrichs, Weed and Vector Control Director, dated September 29, 1998. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 8. PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, North Dakota Association of Extension Agents MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve raffle permit for North Dakota Association of Extension Agents on the date of October 26, 1998, at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds, West Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 9. PLAT APPROVAL, Final plat of R.C.C. Gardner MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the Cass County Board of Commissioners grant final plat approval to R.C.C. Gardner, Section 11 of Township 142N, Range 50W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 10. CONTRACT APPROVAL, North Dakota Department of Transportation: Moore Engineering MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the following contracts submitted by respective department head and portfolio commissioner, subject to state's attorney approval; and authorize the chair to sign: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. North Dakota Department of Transportation for Rush River structure northwest of Mapleton; and Moore Engineering for construction plans and specifications for County Road 14 improvements in the amount of $41,000.
