<br />contracts submitted by respective department head and portfolio
<br />commissioner, subject to State's Attorney approval; and authorize the

<br />Houston Engineering for designing replacement bridge over Drain #27 between
<br />Sections 27-28, Barnes Township, in the amount of $28,232,00;
<br />Sellin Brothers, Inc. for grading on County Highway 31 in the amount of
<br />$146,363.78;
<br />Morris Gravel, Inc. for supplying gravel to segments of County Highways 2, 34, 3
<br />and 4 in the estimated amount of $171 ,402;
<br />Camas MinnDak, Inc. for gravel to County Highway 31 in the estimated amount of
<br />$26,037;
<br />Camas MinnDak, Inc. for gravel concerning Section 13, Keene Township in Clay
<br />County;
<br />Valley Gravel, Inc. for gravel concerning Ransom County (Township 134, Range
<br />56) delivered to Durbin in Cass County, Section 28, Township 143, Range 53 and
<br />Section 23, Clay County (Township 142, Range 45);
<br />Morris Gravel, Camas MinnDak, and Valley Gravel for an indefinite quantity of
<br />gravel; and
<br />Cerulean Technologies to provide the software and support for a joint mobile data
<br />computer system with the Fargo Police Department, West Fargo Police
<br />Department and Cass County Sheriff's Department;
