On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve out-of-state <br />travel for Keith Berndt to attend Federal Highway Administration <br />County Road Advisors' Workshop in Rapid City, SD on October 23 and <br />24, 1996. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve out-of-state <br />travel for Joel Young, Weed Control Officer, to attend the National <br />Roadside Vegetation Management Association meeting in Minneapolis, <br />MN on October 16-18, 1996. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS #1996-23, 24 AND 25, Street Improvement District No. 96-1 <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to adopt resolutions <br /> concerning Street Improvement District No. 96-1 as follows: <br /> RESOLUTION #1996-23 APPROVING CERTAIN ACTIONS AND <br /> AWARDING SALE OF $206,000 REFUNDING IMPROVEMENT BONDS; <br /> RESOLUTION #1996-24 CREATING THE FUNDS OF IMPROVEMENT <br /> DISTRICTS, PROVIDING FOR AND APPROPRIATING SPECIAL <br /> ASSESSMENTS FOR THE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF SAID <br /> FUNDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF IMPROVEMENT <br /> WARRANTS THEREON; AND RESOLUTION#1996-25 AUTHORIZING <br /> THE ISSUANCE OF $205,000 REFUNDING IMPROVEMENT BONDS, <br /> PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND COVENANTS THEREOF, AND <br /> CREATING A FUND FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />DRAIN #27, Chairman to sign Quit Claim Deed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize Chairman <br /> Toussaint to sign Quit Claim Deed to partially release the Right of Way <br /> Deed (Drain #27) dated August 21, 1907, located in SE% of Section 27, <br /> Township 139, Range 49 West; subject to preparation of the Deed by <br /> David Wanner, Ohnstad Twichell Law Firm, and subject to approval of <br /> Cass County State's Attorney.
