On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ANNEX PARKING LOT, Drainae_e project awarded MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to accept the Iow bid of <br /> Robert Gibb & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $7,180 to improve the Cass <br /> County Government Annex parking lot according to request for <br /> proposals prepared by County Coordinator, Bonnie Johnson. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LOST <br /> <br />INSTRUMENT BONDS, Moody Bible Institute; Fleet Fundin- <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and file <br />Indemnity Bonds on Lost Instrument for Moody Bible Institute and for <br />Fleet Funding; and authorize the county treasurer and the county <br />auditor to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />GENERAL ELECTION, List of Inspectors approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve list of <br /> Inspectors for the 1996 General Election as provided by the County <br /> Auditor's Office. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VOUCHER PAYMENT, Approval of semi-monthly billing cycle MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to change the current <br /> monthly bill approval cycle to a semi-monthly approval cycle starting <br /> with the month of October, 1996. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />ABATEMENTS APPROVED, Clifton & Donna Rodenburg; Paul Gorder <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that Abatement #4022 <br /> and #4023 for Clifton and Donna Rodenburg be reduced to $97,000 for <br /> 1994 and 1995, as recommended by the Stanley Township Board and <br /> the Director of Equalization. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that Abatement #4016 <br />and ff4031 for Paul Gorder be approved for the years 1994 and 1996 as <br />presented, as recommended by the City of Oxbow and the Director of <br />Equalization.
