On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, St. Peter's Lutheran Church WELCA MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve raffle permit <br /> for St. Peter's Lutheran Church WELCA to be held October 12, 1996, at <br /> St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Leonard, North Dakota. In order to recognize the public service of fellow Commissioner, Alon <br />Wieland, she drafted a resolution of nomination to be submitted to the North Dakota Association <br />of Counties for consideration of the award at the annual convention to be held October 6-9, 1996, <br /> <br /> <br />
