Minutes--September 18, 1995 1388 <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES, Out-of-state travel a_o_oroved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve out-of-state <br /> travel for Beth Desotel, Social Services employee, to Bemidji, MN on <br /> September 8, 1995 for placement of child in Gilfillan Center. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve out-of-state <br />travel for Maurice Johnson, Social Services employee, to Detroit Lakes, <br />MN on September 22, 1995 to attend staffing for child in PATH Home. <br />On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PLATS APPROVED, Riverbend Third: Keller's Acres: Country_ Acres Second <br />Per request of the Cass County Planning Commission meeting held September 15, 1995, action <br />was deferred on final plats of Altenburg Acres and Brinks 3rd Subdivisions. MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to grant final plat approval <br /> to Riverbend Third Subdivision, SW% of Section 19, Township 138N, <br /> Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to grant approval to <br />variances from the road right-of-way and river access/bikeway <br />easement requirements as recommended by the Cass County Planning <br />Commission for the proposed Keller's Acres Subdivision, and that the <br />Board of Commissioners further grant final plat approval to Keller's <br />Acres Subdivision, Section 31, Township 138N, Range 48W in Cass <br />County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to grant final plat approval <br />to Country Acres Second Subdivision, NE % of Section 30, Township <br />138 N, Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #1995-21, Fuel tank replacement MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to adopt Resolution <br /> #1995-21 as follows: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Cass County has suffered extensive damage to its underground fuel tank located <br />at the Cass County Government Annex from water leakage as a result of nearby <br />construction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost of replacing the tank will be far in excess of funds available or that can be <br /> provided by the County. <br /> <br /> <br />
