Comm. Minutes--September 5, 1995 1381 <br /> <br />PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL, Amend ~ection 6.30, Travel and Expense Reimbursement <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to amend Personnel <br /> Policy Manual Section 6.30 to revise travel and expense reimbursement <br /> to the new state rates. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ABATEMENT APPLICATION, Approved for Paul and Lydia Muscha <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that abatement #4007 <br /> and #4008 for Paul and Lydia Muscha be approved as presented by <br /> Director of Equalization Frank Klein per his investigation dated August <br /> 24, 1996; and as approved by the Stanley Township Board of <br /> Supervisors. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />BORDERUD'S SUBDIVISION STREET IMPROVEMENT, Chan_ee order extendin_~ comoletion <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the <br /> chairman to sign a change order extending the completion date on the <br /> Borderud's Subdivision Street Improvement for 30 days, to the date of <br /> October 1, 1995; said change order being requested by the contractor, <br /> Border States Paving, Inc. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />CDBG FLOOD PROTECTION, Restrictive covenants sic_ned MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the <br /> chairman and the county auditor to sign restrictive covenants relating <br /> to the Bryan and Janice Johnson relocation project, said property <br /> being described as that part of Auditor's Lot No. 3 of the NE 114 of <br /> Section 7, Township 140, Range 49 West in Cass County, North Dakota. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Carol Stokes <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and file <br /> Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Carol Stokes; and authorize the <br /> county treasurer and the county auditor to issue duplicate checks. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />CONTRACT APPROVAL, Farcjo Cass Public Health MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the <br /> Social Service Board chairman and the Cass County Commission <br /> chairman to sign purchase of service agreement between Fargo Cass <br /> Public Health and Adult Service Unit of Cass County Social Services to <br /> do adult services social work outreach. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
