Minutes--August 7, 1995 1371 <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS #1995-15, 16, 17, 18, 19, Borderud's Subdivision <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to adopt <br /> Resolution %1995-15 approving contract and contractor's <br /> bond in Street Improvement District No. 95-1 (Borderud's <br /> Subdivision); Resolution #1995-16 directing assessments to <br /> be levied; Resolution #1995-17 approving certain actions <br /> and awarding sale of $95,000 Refunding Improvement Bonds; <br /> Resolution #1995-18 creating the funds of improvement <br /> districts, providing for and appropriating special <br /> assessments for the support and maintenance of said funds, <br /> and authorizing the issuance of improvement warrants <br /> thereon; and Resolution #1995-19 authorizing the issuance <br /> of $95,000 refunding improvement bonds, prescribing the <br /> terms and covenants thereof, and creating a fund for the <br /> payment thereof. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />COMMISSION POLICY MANUAL Amend Section 4.00, Advisory_ Boards <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to amend <br /> Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, to <br /> appoint Anthony Ellertson to Special Assessment Commission <br /> for a six-year term to expire December 31, 2001; Roger <br /> Larson to Housing Authority of Cass County for a five-year <br /> term to expire July 1, 2000; and Keatha McLeod to <br /> Southeastern North Dakota Community Action Agency to <br /> complete an unexpired term ending December 31, 1995. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously· <br /> <br />SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Out-of-state travel MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> out-of-state travel for Juvenile Officer Renae Laske to <br /> attend Heartland Juvenile Services Training Institute in <br /> Omaha, NE on August 20-23, 1995. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT, Acting pay for case analyst position <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> acting pay for Regional Child Support Enforcement Unit case <br /> analyst position, pursuant to Cass County Personnel Policy <br /> Section 7.20. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, NQra Lutheran Church Women MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> permit for raffle for Nora Lutheran Church Women at the <br /> church near Gardner, ND on the date of October 7, 1995.
