He suggested changing the county fee schedule to be the
same as the City of Fargo's MIDA Bond fee schedule because current
county policy was consistent with the City of Fargo at the time policy
was adopted.

Mr. Wieland believes it was the board's intent that entities should
first apply to the cities in the county for MIDA Bond financing before
approaching the county commission with the project. He is reluctant
to reduce the county's fees to be the same as the City of Fargo's but
said they could be reduced somewhat from the current schedule, which
is much higher than the City of Fargo. A suggestion was made to
contact the City of West Fargo about their bonding fee schedule.
MOTION, passed
Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to delay
action on this item until the next meeting in order to
allow time for a review of the MIDA Bond history.
