On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CONTRACT APPROVAL, Stutsman County Law Enforcement Center; Midwest <br /> <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> the following contracts submitted by respective <br /> department heads and portfolio commissioner, subject to <br /> State's Attorney approval; and authorize the chairman to <br /> sign: 1) Stutsman County Combined Law Enforcement Center <br /> for detention of prisoners; and 2) Social Services <br /> contract with Midwest Credit· On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously· <br /> <br />PLAT APPROVED, South Acres Subdivision <br /> Motion, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that the <br /> Cass County Board of Commissioners grant final plat <br /> approval to South Acres Subdivision located in the SW~ of <br /> Section 30, Township 138N, Range 49W in Cass County, <br /> North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />STATE'S ATTORNEY, Computer Purchase Motion, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> Cass County State's Attorney request for purchase of a <br /> second computer in 1995 for the Welfare Fraud Program and <br /> delay final payment until receipt of federal and state <br /> enhanced reimbursement funding, per letter from John ~off <br /> dated June 14, 1995.
