Comm. Minutes--June 19, 1995 1351 DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ. REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS JUNE 19, 1995 MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Bernie Ness called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM in the City Hall at Casselton, ND. All members were present as follows: Don Eckert, Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint, Alon Wieland, Donna Schneider and Bernie Ness. MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. AGENDA, 0r~er approved MOTION, passed Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve the order of the agenda with the following additions to the consent agenda: Motion carried. final plat of South Acres Subdivision State's Attorney computer purchase ratify Social Service Board action of June 19, 1995 resolution of condolence to the family of G. Everett Thoreson resolution congratulating Commissioner Don Eckert and his wife, Betty, on their 50th wedding anniversary SOCIAL SERVICES, Qut-of-state travel approved MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve out-of-state travel for Beth Desotel to Fergus Falls, MN on June 16 and July 20, 1995. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. LOST INSTRUMENT BONDS, Bank of America MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive and file two Indemnity Bonds on Lost Instrument for Bank of America, and authorize county treasurer and county auditor to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. VECTOR CONTROL, R~dio replacement Purchase approved MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve purchase of replacement radio for Cass County Vector Control District, which was not requested at 1995 budget time. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
