Minutes--April 17, 1995 1320 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br />out-of-state travel for Michele Boucher and Roxanne Pettys <br />to attend Communications Leadership workshop in Vermillion, <br />South Dakota, on May 22-23, 1995. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br />out-of-state travel for two deputies, Mike Argall and Bruce <br />Jorgenson, to attend TRIAD Conference in St. Louis, <br />Missouri, on April 27-29, 1995. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />COUNTY COORDINATOR, Out-of-state travel MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> out-of-state travel for County Coordinator Bonnie Johnson <br /> to attend an employment law conference in Bloomington, <br /> Minnesota, on May 23-26, 1995. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES, Budget transfer for new building MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to transfer <br /> $700,000 from the General Fund to the Human Service <br /> Building Fund as provided in the 1995 budget. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />HOLMEN SUBDIVISION, Sinking Fund disbursement to Stanley Township <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize <br /> the county auditor to disburse the entire balance of the <br /> Holmen Subdivision Sinking and Interest Fund to Stanley <br /> Township for establishment of maintenance fund for the <br /> affected subdivisions. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />LOST INSTRUMENT BONDS, Norwest Mortgage and James Marback <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and <br /> file Indemnity Bonds on Lost Instrument for Norwest <br /> Mortgage and for James Marback; and authorize county <br /> treasurer and county auditor to issue duplicate checks. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF CASS COUNTY, Housing vouchers/letter of support <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to send letter <br /> of support for application of the Housing Authority of Cass <br /> County for an additional 25 housing vouchers.
