Minutes--April 17, 1995 1319 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> APRIL 17, 1995 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Bernie Ness called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all <br />members present as follows: Don Eckert, Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint, <br />Alon Wieland, Donna Schneider and Bernie Ness. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that minutes of <br /> the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve <br /> the order of the agenda with vector/weed control operations <br /> being added to the regular agenda. Motion carried. <br /> <br />SITE AUTHORIZATION PERMIT, Veterans Club, Inc. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to grant site <br /> authorization permits for Veterans Club, Inc. to conduct <br /> games of chance under license issued by North Dakota <br /> Attorney General's Office for the period of July 1, 1995, <br /> through June 30, 1996, at the following locations: Club <br /> 94, Casselton; Shamrock Bar, Casselton; Wild Rice Bar & <br /> Grill, Wild Rice; and Bronco Bar, Chaffee. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, St. Maurice's Catholic Church MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> raffle permit for St. Maurice's Catholic Church to be held <br /> November 18, 1995, at St. Maurice's Catholic Church, <br /> Kindred, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, Out-of-state travel MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> out-of-state travel for Patti Wasmuth to attend National <br /> D.A.R.E. Officers convention/training in Houston, Texas, on <br /> July 10-15, 1995. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br />out-of-state travel for Dawn Herbst, R.N., to attend <br />workshop on Inmates, Jail and Mental Illness in Missoula, <br />Montana, on July 17-19, 1995. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
