On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD ENGINEER, Application for transportation enhancement funds <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to authorize <br /> County Engineer Keith Berndt to apply for 1996 Federal <br /> Transportation Enhancement Funds for adding paved shoulders <br /> (Class II bicycle lane) to County Highway 81 from the Fargo <br /> city limits to 88th Avenue. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Received and filed <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive and <br /> file Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Tuan Nguyen, and <br /> authorize county auditor to issue duplicate check.
