Minutes--December 19, 1994 1279 <br /> <br />Replacement of Generator Fuel Tank <br />(Emergency Fund) <br /> Revenue Adjustment 0 <br /> Expenditure Adjustment 35,000.00 <br />(funds are coming from reserves within the fund) <br /> <br />Economic Development Loan Funds <br />(these funds were budgeted in previous years but not disbursed until <br />this year so we need to adjust this years budget) <br /> Expenditure Adjustment 400,000.00 <br /> <br />Drug Unit Fund <br /> Expenditure Adjustment 6,000.00 <br />(funds are coming from reserves within the fund) <br /> <br />Debt Service Funds <br />Windsor Green Subdivision <br /> Revenue Adjustment (specials) 9,000.00 <br /> Expenditure Adjustment 9,000.00 <br /> (we simply neglected to properly budget for this debt service fund) <br /> <br />Minor adjustments needed in Special Assessment Funds <br />South Acres Subdivision 50.00 <br />Chrisan Subdivision 15.00 <br />Sleepy Hollow Subdivision 500.00 <br />(funds are coming from reserves within the fund, we under estimated <br />bond servicing fees) <br /> <br />MOTION, ~assed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve the <br />budgeted transfer of funds from the General Fund to the <br />Jail Fund at the amount necessary to eliminate any deficit <br />in the Jail Fund at year end, not to exceed ~580,000. On <br />roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LOTS, City of Tower City and Page <br /> MOTION, ~assed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to authorize the <br /> chairman and the county auditor to sign county deeds for <br /> tax-forfeited lots purchased for ~1.00 by the cities of <br /> Tower City and Page. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously· <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES, Out-of-state travel approved MOTION, ~assed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve out- <br /> of-state travel for Social Service employee Cindy Jones to <br /> Brainerd, MN on December 9, 1994, to transport child in <br /> foster care. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
