Cass County Cemetery Authority for one-year terms expiring July 31, 1995; 3) reappoint Lorne Sterner to the City of Casselton Planning and Zoning Commission from the extra- territorial jurisdiction for a five-year term to expire July 1, 1999; and 4) reappoint John Fuller to the County Tuition Appeals Board for a three-year term to expire July 1, 1997. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. EMERGENCY 911 FUNDS, Expended for maDDing and addressing MOTION, passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to authorize the County Engineer to expend up to $9,000 in 1994 from the county 911 fund for mapping and 911 addressing expenses. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. PLATTING AND LAND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, Amended MOTION, passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to adopt Resolution #1994-8 approving and adopting Cass County's Amended Platting and Land Subdivision Regulations, according to letter and attachments from Joel Quanbeck, Cass County Planning Office. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. PLAT OF GRAY GABLES PLACE SUBDIVISION, Final plat approved MOTION, passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to grant final plat approval to Gray Gables Place Subdivision, S~ of Section 5 in Township 138N Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota with the conditions that (1) Southeast Cass Water Resource District approves the proposed plat, and (2) Stanley Township provides a letter of approval and all Township Board concerns are satisfied. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. PLAT OF HERSCH ADDITION, Final plat approved MOTION, passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to grant final plat approval to Hersch Addition, NE~ of Section 30 and NW~A Section 29 of Township 139N Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ROAD OVERLAY IN BARNES TOWNSHIP, 45th Street and 32nd Avenue SW MOTION, passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve recommendation from County Engineer to participate in asphalt overlay of 32nd Avenue and 45th Street, according to memo dated July 8, 1994, from the County Engineer. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. LOST INSTRUMENT BONDS, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive and file Indemnity Bonds on Lost Instrument for David Renfrew and Mark Gisvold, and authorize auditor to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
